Swim T ("we," "our," or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. Our core principle is simple: Your swimming data belongs to you, and it stays on your device.

1. Data Collection & HealthKit Integration

Swim T is a privacy-first application. We do not collect or store your personal health data on any external servers.

• HealthKit Data: Swim T requests read access to your swimming workouts, including stroke count, distance, heart rate, and SWOLF values.

• Local Processing: This data is used exclusively to provide AI-driven analysis and progress visualization (such as our signature data refinery layers). All processing happens locally on your device.

• No Account Required: You can use Swim T without creating an account. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any identifying information.

2. Data Storage & Security

• On-Device Storage: All analyzed metrics and AI audit reports are stored locally on your iPhone.

• iCloud Sync: If you have iCloud enabled, your data may be synced across your personal devices via Apple's secure iCloud infrastructure. We have no access to this data.

• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your health data with any third-party advertisers or data brokers.

3. On-Device AI Technology

Our AI models are optimized to run entirely on the Apple Neural Engine. Your athletic performance data is never transmitted to a cloud-based AI service, ensuring total privacy for your training routines.

4. In-App Purchases

Swim T uses Apple’s standard In-App Purchase system. All transactions are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
